The Better Environment Plan (BEP) is a voluntary agreement with EPA Victoria that encourages innovation and collaboration, enabling industry participants to work together to address complex environmental challenges.
In Brooklyn, the BRG BEP focuses on reducing airborne particulate matter (PM) through coordinated initiatives. It also aims to respond to community concerns and strengthen engagement around the benefits of the circular economy.
Through the BEP, the BRG’s collective actions go beyond regulatory requirements, setting a benchmark for proactive, community-conscious industry leadership within Victoria’s industrial sector.
